Description
Inspector Shan Tao Yun, a former inspector general within the Chinese ministry, was imprisoned for refusing Party membership and sent to the Tibetan Himalayas as a laborer in the road crew of the 404th Construction. Granted temporary release to solve a murder case, he finds himself pulled into the Tibetan people’s plight to reclaim its sacred mountains and survive the reach of China’s blood-soaked regime.
